I've only found that disabling the HUDFramework plugin in F4SGE solves the problem, albeit with a somewhat screwed inventory. However, trying to nail those down in the load order nor in F4SGE yielded any results.

Disabling the mod in my load order does nothing. However, I have no clue what F4SGE does when I delete plugins there, but it does seem to mess up my item sorting somewhat. The DLC content is laughable, considering the only truly full and completed DLC was Far Harbor. Minutemen quests are as bad as the memes suggest, if not worse, and it's safe to say the writing behind this game is lackluster from top to bottom. Certain quests are noticeably unfinished, and many guns and weapons are either lacking in mods, useful stats, or just don't make sense in the first place.
Not gonna go into much detail, but the base game quests can be quite boring, and several aspects of this game are either poorly implemented or just missing entirely.
